What are Open Design and Defined Design?

Open Design enables you to start from a black jersey and provides the option to place four large images on it to cover the front, back, and sleeves.
Defined Design allows you to select one of the dozens of predefined graphics and to change colors for each design element.
In both cases, you can add your sponsors and logos after you have decided on your jersey design.

Which images can I use with 3D Configurator?

You can use both vector or bitmap images. We accept JPG, PNG, EPS e PDF formats. The vector formats are the ones providing better quality after being scaled to large a dimension. If you will decide to use a bitmap image, we suggest you upload the largest possible image. Bitmap image suggested dimensions are always displayed in the 3D Configurator. Please remember a small image may provide a very poor quality on your printed product even if the on-screen display looks correct.

Can I upload any logo?

You can upload any logo you have the rights on. Remember you have the responsibility over the logos you add to your design because our production will not review/check the uploaded content. Please remember you can not upload other sports brands logos unless you provide us proof of your rights to do so.

Can I check players' name on the jersey?

When you enter your players list you can add a name, number, and size for each one of them. You can leave the name and number empty to have nothing displayed on the jersey back while the size is mandatory. Next to each player name you have a "preview" button enabling you to preview that player name/number in the 3D Configurator.

Can I change my jersey design to see how the color combination will look on another?

During the design process, you always have available the "Change" button on the top left of the 3D Configurator window. That enables you to access the design library, select a new design and see it automatically completed with your colors.

Do you have any suggestion on where I can find images to use in an Open Design?

There are many websites offering free images to be used in an Open Design. Try to look into https://www.freepik.com/ to get started and remember to download images at the highest possible resolution.

PRODUCTS

Are printed colors identical to the ones I can see on screen?

We are fully committed to providing products with the best possible colors. However, please keep in mind that printed colors always differs from the one you see on screen because colors are influenced by fabric, printing ink, and from different light conditions. We suggest you always print a test jersey and check the result before placing a volume order.

Do you use the same fabric for all sports?

We use different, specialized fabrics for different sports. As an example all our outdoor sports products are UV resistant, basketball jerseys use a high breathability fabric while rugby products have higher weight and superior tear-resistance.

Do your products discolor after being washed?

We use fabrics and inks which can resist several wash cycles before discoloring. Sublimation printing is a technique developed to guarantee the maximum print quality after ink is transferred to fabric.

How can I select sizes?

Every product page on our website is showing a size chart. Please always consider our product are athlete-fit and they have a slim design. Make sure you select a size larger than you usually wear of you want a relaxed fit.

Can you provide products other than jerseys and shorts?

We can provide other products to complement our line of competition sportswear. All of them are customizable with your logo and team name. Please contact us with your request at supporto@mioteam.it and we will be glad to provide you further details.

Which payment systems do you support?

You can pay through PayPal, credit cards (using Paypal gateway), or bank transfer.

Can you explain the free test jersey offer?

This offer is targeted at our customers wanting to test our quality before placing a volume order. You start by configuring and buying your test jersey. If you are happy with it you can contact us at supporto@mioteam.it and we will provide you a coupon code for the same amount you spent which you will be able to use on your next order for a minimum of 25 jerseys.

Can you invoice my order partially to my club and partially to my sponsor?

Yes, we can. Please contact at supporto@mioteam.it after placing your order and we will make sure to invoice it as requested.

RETURNS

Can I return my products?

We are sorry but our products are not returnable because they are all fully customized and cannot be sold to other customers.

SHIPPING

How long does it take to get my products?

Our average delivery time is five weeks. This time includes custom production and shipping time to deliver to your door.

How do you ship your products?

We ship with the top international couriers and we deliver to the address you provided in the order.

Shall I register to use Athlentiq?

You are not required to register to use Athlentiq however, we will require you to register when placing your order.

Can I resume a design I was working on?

Athlentiq uses cookies to save design details. If you resume a design session on the same PC where you started and you have not deleted your cookies, you will be able to resume your design from where you left it.
